Hi, Hem’s Kitchen is back with another supper club and I’ve got a brand new menu for you! This time I’m catering for all the seafood lovers out there. Again, influenced by my Indian and Mauritian heritage, this menu is packed full of flavour and spice!
Spicy Salt Fish and Split Pea Balls
with Coriander Chutney
Tilapia In A Spicy Red Sauce
5 Hour Cooked Black Dal
Yuzu and Mango Mousse Dome

The contribution for the evening is £33.50 to cover ingredients and preparation.
A selection of alcoholic and soft drinks can be purchased from the bar. I will provide tap water for the table.
Dinner will begin at 7pm, so please arrive promptly and hungry! The evening will be fun, relaxed and a great way to meet new people.
My menu is for foodies who eat everything and whilst some of my dishes are gluten free or dairy free where stated, I'm afraid I cannot cater to allergies. Please feel free to contact me if you are unsure about any of the ingredients.
Spaces are limited and a seat at the dinner table will only be guaranteed upon receipt of the supper club contribution.
Cancellations: as my ingredients are bought and prepared for the exact number of bookings, I will need at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations. You can always ask a friend to take your place at the table. If not, I will, of course, try to fill your place, however if a replacement cannot be found then I will retain 25% of the contribution to cover food costs.
